Mortgage Rates & Inflation

Our buyers have been asking when mortgage rates will come back down and even though we don't have a crystal ball, history shows us trends. In the chart above you can see inflation is slowly coming down. Based on the history trends, mortgage rates are likely to follow. We have asked several trusted lenders about where mortgage rates are headed and seem to get the following answer: as inflation eases, we should see more consistent declines in mortgage rates throughout the rest of the year. This should be encouraging news to all the buyers out there!
